Lockdown 3.0

Firstly, I would like to wish all readers a Happy New Year & hope that you & your families are safe & well.

Thank you to all the existing and new customers who supported Propel Bikes throughout 2020.

Following the Prime Ministers' address yesterday evening, & the guidance issued from the government regarding what this new lockdown means for both my personal & work life I am pleased to confirm Propel Bikes will continue to take bookings for the foreseeable. In fact, given the 'Stay Home' order, Propel Bikes is in a fantastic position to help those who need their bikes serviced & repaired during these restrictions.

To see my availability & book an appointment visit my online scheduler at www.propelbikes.co.uk/bookings

I will continue to follow government advice on safe methods of work & shall be practising social distancing measures at all collections & drop offs. I shall be discussing these with all clients when confirming collections & drop-offs on the phone.

Much like before, I anticipate there to be many challenges that are presented to both my professional & family life. I refuse to compromise on the quality of service or safety for my customers & my family & hope that people can bear with me if getting this right takes a little longer than they have been used to experiencing from Propel in the past.

Whilst writing this update I feel it is a good time to outline the service Propel Bikes offers & how it operates for any new customers who are reading this.

Propel Bikes offers fixed price, collect & return bicycle servicing.
Services start from Silver @ £59, Gold @ £89 & Platinum @ £150 (full details on website).
Minimum call out is £59.
Collect & return is free within 10 mile radius of my workshop in Newick.
Customers are NOT able to drop-off or collect their bicycles.

I hope this clarifies where Propel Bikes is at the moment & look forward to seeing many of your bikes in the workshop soon!
