Your feedback matters – the good and the not-so-good 🚴‍♂️💬

I’m very lucky here at Propel Bikes to have lots of kind reviews on Google ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and to often receive messages of thanks from happy customers. That support means the world to me.

But… what can be just as valuable is hearing from anyone who has received service that hasn’t quite met their expectations. Problems can happen – we’re all human – but it’s how they’re handled that truly shows the quality of a business’s customer service.

As a one-man, owner-operated business, the success of Propel Bikes (and, quite literally, my ability to put food on the table 🍽️) depends on keeping customers delighted so they come back again and again – and hopefully recommend me to friends too.

So, if you’ve ever had work or service from me that wasn’t quite right, please let me know in whatever way you’re comfortable – phone, email, or even a quick message here. I can only improve if I know where I’ve fallen short.
